Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Review and approve supplier SPAP / PPAP documentation.
- Manage flow of PPAP approval through the Purchasing, Testing and R&D approval process.
- Visit suppliers to evaluate their SPAP submittals as needed.
- Review statistical methods as identified in SPAP and PPAP submittals.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to get SPAP samples for evaluation.
- Create IRs to track SPAPs into the CCN Purchasing and Production project database.
- Coordinate the Quality lab to have SPAP sample inspected.
- Create and update IMDS status for all products.
- Create report to show priority and status of supplier SPAPs.
- Update the Purchasing project status database.
- Update the Production project status database.
- Maintain safe work environment consistent with company policies and standard.
- Gather data on quality verifications systems.
- Accomplish Quality department activities as needed.
- Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of AIAG PPAP levels and required documentation.
- Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints including GD&T
- Sufficient computer skills MS-Office
- 2-5 years of experience
- MS Office
