Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven Client Support Representative who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services. Client Support Representatives are the initial point of contact for local consumers and assist in the marketing and sales of current products and services by providing product information, solutions, and customer service. Client Support Representative Responsibilities:Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questionsHandlingorder-related questions, inquiries, sales, and requests from customersRecommends products that will meet customers needsPrepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer engagement and sales metricsContributes to Client Support team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintaining current knowledge of products offered by clientsPerform all otherduties related to the Client Support Representative role as assignedRequirements of a Client Support Representative:Positive attitude and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProduct knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem-solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-taskingBachelor's degree is preferredSupport company values and standards of integrityExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalismMust be able to function as part of the Client Support Representativeteam as well as independently#LI-Onsite#J-18808-Ljbffr
