Fiduciary Litigation Associate
Milwaukee, Phoenix, Dallas or Florida (Florida candidates can be remote)

THE POSITION
The firm is seeking a a Fiduciary Litigation Associate for the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit. Candidates with three to five years of experience in the following areas will be considered:
- Fiduciary litigation
- Asset disputes
- Contested probate administration
- Contested trust administration
- Guardianship cases
- Will contests
- Allegations of undue influence or competency questions during the drafting of estate planning documents
- Other controversies surrounding the making or administering of estate plans
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active State bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
