Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in insurance and investment operations, ensuring seamless post-yes operations and efficient management of client onboarding tasks. Additionally, maintaining consistent communication with clients and processing service requests will be key responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Insurance & Investment Operations: Provide comprehensive insurance and investment operations support
- Service Workflow Management: Manage workflow of all client onboarding tasks, including but not limited to application completion and submission, underwriting, policy delivery as well as new account opening and funding
- Client Service Request Processing: Process existing client service requests, such as policy changes, client information updates, rollover requests, distribution requests, and trade execution, as needed
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through email and phone correspondence, providing application updates and ensuring all necessary documentation and information is received

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior administrative and/or client service experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Life & Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Series 7 and/or 63 licensed, or ability to obtain within the first year of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft CRM and/or NetX360 preferred
- Prior experience with Northwestern Mutual is a plus
