Mission Partner Environment (MPE) SMEJob Category: ConsultingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USWhat You ll Get to Do:As a Mission Partner Environment Analyst, you provide the analysis of Mission Partner Information systems for Coalition Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) interoperability initiatives, infrastructure modernization, zero trust environment, and requirements, enabling CIO initiatives for the Department of Defense to integrate with Joint and Coalition forces communications more effectively and efficiently.More About the Role:As a Mission Partner Environment Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: Support in enterprise capabilities to analyze, plan, and discuss interoperability capabilities and gaps between the U.S./ Services/ and mission partners. Collaborate with Combatant Commands, DISA, Air Force Executive Agent, Services, and Joint Staff to identify information exchange requirements with mission partners and a joint environment to conduct analyses and assurance, verification, and validation events to identify and report process, training, and technical interoperability capabilities, limitations, and operational impacts. Provide analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance to inform a comprehensive set of portfolio activities. Attend working group meetings, facilitate, and in some cases lead discussions that produce measurable actions and results. Participate in Joint Assessments, exercises, report writing, and change management activities. Create products to include engagement reports, executive summaries, after-action reports, meeting minutes, action item lists, PowerPoint presentations, strategic coordination plans, and strategic communications documents. Provide pre-scheduled (or upon request) status updates of assigned products, draft meeting minutes, executive summaries, action items list, and other similar documents and strategic planning topics. You ll Bring These Qualifications:Must have Proven ability to successfully lead a diverse and dispersed team. Able to work independently with limited supervision. Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information. Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES) Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives. Experienced in receiving initial project information, conducting research to better understand requirements, and achieving high-quality results. Must have DOD Secret Clearance.Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience with mission partner network and platform systems Experience with commercial cloud services Background in networking and application of cross-domain solutions Knowledge of data-centric architectures Experience with data-centric design and application of identity credential and access management techniques Ability to apply knowledge of data-centric architecture to transition network-centric designs in support of information domain convergence. Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $86,800-$191,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
