ARC Group is seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives for various opportunities within our client's call center, catering to both 1st and 2nd Shift schedules. Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored recommendations for products, services, and solutions.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, devising personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Actively promote and execute transactions related to banking products, including but not limited to checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
Provide quotes on rates, terms, and programs associated with banking solutions.
Mitigate risk across all business, product, and service transactions through effective utilization of available tools.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience involving cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals.
Previous exposure to the banking or financial industry is preferred.
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
