Are you passionate about human resources and eager to dive into a unique, multifaceted role?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our expanding team. This position will:

  • Provide HR administrative and tactical support to the Vision HR Advisor team.
  • Assist the Vision team with the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Effectively oversee a diverse workload of client projects, encompassing tasks such as crafting job descriptions, conducting I-9 audits, creating custom reports, generating job advertisements, conducting HR file audits, engaging in general HR research, and more.
  • Assist with tasks and projects across various HR disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, leave administration, performance management, employee benefits, policy development, training and development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support consulting projects.
  • Maintain a positive outlook. Take responsibility, exercise effective decision-making, and provide constructive feedback.

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other related field or equivalent combined education and work experience preferred. Experience working with a Human Capital Management system is beneficial. The role is best suited for someone who has:

  • Solid planning capabilities that are supported by appropriate attention to detail.
