Stand-By Personnel, a fast-growing staffing service, has been an industry leader for over 30 years and we are seeking a Bilingual font desk receptionist! We are looking for an energetic, hardworking multitasker to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The Receptionist will handle multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service, including greeting applicants and assisting them with job applications. Must be capable of managing high applicant flow and large call volumes. Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, performing general office duties (filing, scanning, faxing, etc.), and data entry (minimum typing speed of 40 wpm). Proficiency in multitasking is essential. Duties also include processing I-9s, W-4s, and background checks, and possibly administering drug screenings. Assisting recruiters as needed. Must be able to manage diverse personalities in an industrial/manufacturing environment and possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
