Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher, teacher certification, administrative certification preferred
Primary Purpose
To work closely with school site administrators, supervisor of middle and high school programs, and school-based staff and parents to ensure that anti bullying and racial harassment processes, practices and policies are implemented and maintained, in order that all aspects of regulatory compliance are addressed appropriately within Hawkins County Schools. The compliance officer will be expected to be visible across all schools, to understand and manage compliance matters, and challenging areas of non-compliance where appropriate.
