Technical Services, Inc. (TSI), is actively hiring a Fabricator to join the team. This position will work out of TSI's new building with state-of-the-art equipment in Ames, IA. As a Fabricator, you will generate cutting lists, develop blank sizes, and create layouts and setups. The perfect candidate should demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing work assignments, while striving for perfection and showing professional concern for quality of work.

Job Duties:
Read detailed schematics for complex machines
Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.
Weld and solder pieces together
Work with collaborative robots to produce and assemble components
Find faulty components in defective products to fix them
Requirements:
Ability to read and understand blueprints
At least 1 year of fabrication experience
Experience with MiG, TiG and stick welding
Welding certification, a plus
