Easy Street Capital is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the premier private lender in Texas. You ll get to work with a fun, fast-paced team in a vibrant downtown office.
Responsibilities will be focused on assisting the Easy Street Capital Markets department with the flow of nationwide originations for Residential Transition Loans to the secondary market. The ideal candidate can manage tasks requiring detail with both an analytical and empirical outlook and plan for Easy Street s future projections and demand. The role requires excellent communication and rapport with employees throughout Easy Street Capital, capital partners, and third-party vendors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review all newly originated residential transition loans for compliance and completion
- Creation of loan sale tapes to secondary market loan buyers
- Monitor and update allocation pools for various loan buyers
- Manage and reconcile historical loan metrics and performance
- Review exception reporting and tracking against current underwriting guidelines
- Clear conditions by working with underwriting, originations, processing, servicing, draws, and external third-party companies including AMCs, servicers, and custodians.
- Monitor cash outlook and trade timings to ensure that daily reserve requirements are met
- Manage warehouse lines for compliance and funding requirements
- Manage inventory of loan closing files to ensure all original documents are received.
- Ensure that trade pools with custodians are met and clear any collateral exceptions.
- Assist with the creation and recording of assignments of mortgage with vendors
