**Job Description**
GPS is currently seeking qualified applicants for a **Service Construction Technician** within our growing Construction Services Team. HIGH STARTING WAGE!
**Location: Sioux Falls, SD**
* GPS is looking for a reliable, motivated, self-starter to perform tasks involving servicing field erected steel tanks under the direction of our Service Manager. Job specific training provided by Great Plains Structures
Essential Skills:
* Traveling position, must be willing to be on the road
* Ability to work in varying conditions with ladders, scaffolding, manlifts and at various working heights
* Able to lift and/or handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
* Proven working knowledge and use of industrial power tools and hand tools
* Able to pass pre-employment substance test, background check and random testing
* OSHA 10 or 30 hour a plus
* Must pass a DOT physical and be eligible to drive company vehicles
Pay and Benefits:
$30-35/hr starting wage and $175 weekly per diem for travel. Overtime during peak season!
Lodging/hotel paid by company
Paid Travel in company vehicle 30 miles beyond office
