***What You Will Do:*** * Follow proper Electro State Discharge (ESD) procedures at all times and be knowledgeable of and perform job in accordance with proper material handling procedures and guidelines.

* Pull and put away material needed to fulfill the Manufacturing order.

* Processes all transactions needed for material to be allocated to the Manufacturing Order.

* Assist other Work Centers by pulling material requests due to shortages/rework issues.

* Manages any shortages in the area with direct contact with the CFTs and Receiving.

* Assist with periodic, special or perpetual inventory counts.

* Understands/practices moisture sensitive handling of parts.

* Part transfer in MRP system and physical locale from location to location and creation of new locations.

* Reel count in Tear Down area.

* Review Cycle Count Cards after audits and resolve count issues and submit counts to Lead.

* Bake parts followed by part specification.

* Create/Understand COTs (customer orders) and MOTs (Manufacturing orders).

* Upon receiving, prepares parts that require tape and reel set-up.

* Working knowledge of orientation of parts.

* Ability to choose the appropriate size pockets.

* Read /understand on-line or hard copy documents to print and place labels.

* Audit/understand Bins for correct part number, customer, and package type per MPI.

* Keep work areas neat, clean and free of debris.

* Work Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays - 4:00pm to 2:30am

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a minimum of six months - related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Attention to detail.

* Strong hand dexterity.

* Ability to work independently and as a team member.

* Strong communication skills.

* Good computer skills.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to interact across all departments/groups effectively.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
