Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and writing
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy
- Drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Preparing for trial, including preparing exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine and witness preparation.
- Conferring, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel
- Attending hearings
- Preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in federal and state court litigation.
- A strong command of Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
- The ability to manage an independent caseload effectively.
- Member of the Florida Bar.
- Work Location: Remote
Practice Areas: We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Commercial Litigation
- Litigation Defense under Federal Consumer Protection Statutes (TCPA, FDCPA, FCRA)
- Class Action Defense
- Intellectual Property Litigation (Trademark and Copyright Infringement)

We offer a competitive salary package. Base Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 p/year depending on experience PLUS bonus structure that rewards performance and originations (book of business is not required).
