Job Title: Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm)

Employment Type: Temporary (Mid July - November 2024)

Compensation: $30-$35/hour

Job Description:

Our client is looking to add a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to our team from mid-July to November 2024. This role is perfect for someone with 0-2 years of experience who has a strong interest in HR and/or recruiting, though this is preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Send out assessments to candidates
Manage candidate pipelines and interactions
Coordinate and schedule interviews and phone screens
Review candidate assessments
Prioritize the overall candidate experience
Handle administrative tasks such as ordering catering for events

Specific Duties:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our recruitment systems
Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies
Compile and analyze recruitment data, generating reports as required
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (assisting with campus PowerPoint presentations)
A proactive and self-driven individual who can independently solve problems and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service or administrative support experience
Must be comfortable in a high-paced environment and think on your feet
A "no task is too small" mindset
