Job Description


Voice (inbound) - As a customer service representative (Bilingual), your activities would include handling requests related to reservation cancellations, changes to booking dates, updates to customer information, online check-in support, and providing additional information about prices or specific services not mentioned on the platform. You would also deal with possible customer complaints regarding reservations

Education, Experience and Other Skills

Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred (flights, cars, hotels, cruises, vacation packages)

Strong knowledge of geography; ability to pass a basic geography test

One (1) year call center experience

Customer service experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Office preferred

Commitment to customer service

Strong typing skills

Strong familiarity with the internet incl. ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in English

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
