Available Shifts

• 12pm - 8pm (Monday - Friday)

Reports to:

Client Services Manager/Facilitator Supervisor

Responsibilities: (including machines to be operated)

• Warmly greet clients
• Directing clients to the correct service location/floor
• Manage Lobby Traffic and keep the teams informed of client volume and bottlenecks
• Ensuring all entering guests meet security requirements and immediately report any security issues to the appropriate parties
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Participate in client advocacy, updating pet status and wait time

Qualifications (including education & experience)

• Minimum of 4 years experience as greeter/doorman with high public volume/traffic
• Be a motivated self starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Complete all necessary technical procedures, with strict adherence to department and hospital safety protocols accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform all other related duties as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking while paying close attention to details
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and customer service.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues and referring veterinarians
