Job Details

Responsible for assisting Commercial Banking teams handling of all service related matters for their clients including operations, cash management, deposits, and loan servicing. Assist Manager and Commercial Banking and Private Banking teams with daily processing of customer information and requests by performing various customer service functions, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate transaction execution. Serve as intermediary between Relationships Managers and all other departments within the Bank. Assist in the review of daily reports, temporary overdrafts, and funds transfer requests including fee modifications and waiver. Perform wire call backs and input wire transfers into system as needed. Assist in Cash Management servicing and back-up coverage as needed. Assist in Loan Servicing and coverage as needed. Assist and complete Ongoing Due Diligence as needed. Back-up person in DTLA office for opening New Accounts including KYC process and Account maintenance including Address...Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Representative, Operations, Retail, Banking
