As a part of the Employee Relations team, the Employee Relations Partner serves as a proactive change agent who will consult and advise team members and managers on employee relation matters. The ER Partner is responsible for investigating internal complaints and works to resolve concerns, sensitively and confidentially. The Employee Relations Partner works with managers to build teams and retain staff, helping to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment.
