Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinating scheduling needs and communicating changes effectively.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests and issues, including sensitive and confidential matters, determining appropriate actions or responses.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle reservations for air, hotel, and ground transportation.
- Prepare expense reports with itemized receipts for events, dinners, and travel, ensuring timely submission.
- Compose, type, and proofread correspondence, memos, and emails as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience supporting an Executive in a professional services organization.
- Anticipatory and able to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to adapt easily to new software and web-based tools for time and expense reporting.
