CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ROLE - Solar Farms
Vermont
12 Month Contract - likely to convert to permanent for right person
Piper Maddox are currently engaged to find a Construction manager to join a leading developer owner operator of solar farms to join a large scale and potentially long term project.
The role would initially be a 12 month contract, but given the scope of the project and client, it could extend for much longer/ turn into a permanent engagement
Responsibilities/Skillsets needed:
- Construction manager with 4 years' experience of managing PV solar ground site as a construction manager or engineer
- Managing site operations and ensuring procurement equipment arrives on site
- Working under and reporting to project manager
- Daily supervision on sub-contractors civil, mechanical & electrical
- Managing project timeline with sub-contractors
- Managing quality works with sub-contractors
- Managing RFI of sub-contractors with PM, designers, and owner engineer
- No P&L responsibilities
