Trillium has an immediate opening for a Recruiter with a world-class manufacturer in New Albany!
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility to extend depending on workload.
This opportunity is seeking an individual with full-cycle recruiting experience within the manufacturing field! The Recruiter will be sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing the entire process from posting to offer. There will also be the opportunity to participate in local job fairs and trade shows.
Salary range is $36-38/hr depending on experience, and we offer benefits! Schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday working in the New Albany office.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience within the manufacturing field
- Prior experience working with ATS systems
