Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving their issues or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions and promote upselling opportunities
- Document and update customer records accurately in our database
- Follow-up on customer interactions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize computer systems to track and manage customer interactions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
