Salary Range: $63,000 - $66,000; Annually
Planet Interactive's luxury retail client is seeking an Advertising Specialist with at least 1 year of working experience in advertising, with a strong focus on digital platforms for a direct-hire position starting in July 2024.
Advertising Specialist Responsibilities:
- Management of company media planning tool (MPT)
- Inputting campaign media plans and creative rotations into database
- Assisting in reporting data out of MPT database
- Ensuring all media plans and copy rotations are submitted and validated in a timely manner
- Monitoring all media plans
- Ensure digital assets are running as planned and that contextual environment is brand safe/appropriate upon launch and throughout flight
- Ensure digital media tags are firing correctly
- Ensure accuracy of all creative rotations across all media inclusive of print, TV, digital and OOH media
- Media plan execution
- Reviewing and submitting all TV traffic for networks
- Checking digital preview links
- Issuing Insertion orders to all direct vendors/partners (OOH, print, digital, audio, cinema)
- Liaising with digital vendors to receive and confirm accuracy of digital user journey documents
- Ordering creative materials and communicating with creative agency to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure all campaign reporting is received in a timely manner directly from vendors
- Liaising with media vendors to set up informational meetings and providing thoughtful analysis of application to the brand
- Updating internal tracking spreadsheets pertaining to print, digital and TV media plans.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and updating internal contact lists
Advertising Specialist Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience working in media and media planning
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Relevant computer skills Microsoft outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively Excellent attention to detail
