Position: Data Center Technician Level 2
Duration: 6-month contract very likely to be extended!
Working Hours: M-F, 8-5 or 7-4
Must-haves
- High School Diploma
- Must have experience working on break fix tickets.
- 2-3 years experience working in a data center, troubleshooting any issues and able to navigate their way around a DC, supporting IT equipment.
- Some exposure with Logistic Warehouse Support (Sending and Receiving)
- Inventory and Asset Management Experience

Insight Global is looking for 19 Data Center Techs to sit local to San Antonio. These candidates will be joining a project to help the backlog of tickets. The main responsibilities will be working on break fix tickets, so this experience is a must have.
There will also do some data entry to document inbound and outbound packages. Executes incoming/outgoing deliveries as instructed by management (e.g. purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities). This candidate Ensures accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as records, perform cycle audits and data corrections to ensure all inventory controls are met, and ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
