Your primary focus will be acquiring new sales and ensuring renewals, providing healthcare facilities with unmatched biohazard waste disposal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Prospect Outreach:
    • Uncover potential leads using research, medical industry networking, and strategic cold-calling.
    • Organize and conduct informative presentations, emphasizing the advantages of our biohazard waste disposal solutions.
  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
    • Skillfully negotiate contracts, ensuring sustainable growth and client satisfaction.


  • Healthcare Customer Relationship Management:
    • Strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring continued business and exploring upsell possibilities.
    • Address and resolve medical waste disposal queries or concerns promptly.


  • Medical Waste Market Analysis:
    • Monitor competitors, gathering intel on pricing, new products, and emerging trends within the medical waste removal sector.
    • Suggest changes in services by evaluating market shifts and competitor offerings.


  • Inter-Department Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with our customer support and waste operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and swift resolution of any challenges.
    • Share customer feedback with the product development teams.


  • Continuous Learning:
    • Engage in professional growth opportunities, maintain networks within the medical waste industry, and stay updated with evolving trends and regulations.


    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related medical field.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in sales, ideally in healthcare waste solutions, medical waste collection, or a similar industry.
    • Demonstrated success in sales growth and client acquisition.
    • Skills:
    • Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Adept at presentations, negotiations, and sales closure.
    • Familiarity with healthcare CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.
    • Comprehensive understanding of biohazard waste management practices.
