Description

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will deliver the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness food & beverage products and services.

Lead Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-of-shift notes, inventory lists, and re-stocking
  • Ensuring service levels are maintained according to company standards
  • Prioritizing and leading the kitchen team during service
  • Opening and closing responsibilities
  • Work the line with line cooks.
  • Take inventory of products daily
Line Cook Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward coworkers and manage team
  • Be responsible and show up on time to work shifts
  • Pay attention to detail and follow recipes and orders given by the Executive Chef
  • Audit and confirm inventory is stocked at all times. End of shift inventory- Report out-of-stock items to the shift supervisor.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
  • Clean and keep the work area sanitized and organized
  • Have good knife skills
  • Know about the seasonal products that exist in the market
  • Must enjoy cooking and kitchen life
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have the ability to create and follow kitchen recipes
  • Must have a good work ethic.
  • Maintain inventory before, during, and after service
Qualifications
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Must have appropriate F&B certifications such as food handler or food manager certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience
