Clinical Trial Assistant
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $124,800 - $135,200 per year
Location: San Mateo County, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
This role is a distinct opportunity for an entry-level Clinical Operations Professional. As the Senior Clinical Trial Assistant in Clinical Operations, you will serve as the primary contact for clinical study teams and assist in the execution and management of our clinical trials.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- An RN or bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a health-related field is required.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize options.
- Travel may be required (~25%)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with cooperative group studies and investigator-sponsored trials is preferred.
- Clinical operations or clinical research-related experience.
- Experience in global clinical trial operations is desirable.
- Knowledge of APAC regulations is highly desired.
