As an entry-level Product Pack-out Associate, you will play a crucial part in our team, contributing to the efficient packaging of our finished goods, post-testing and quality control. Your responsibilities will include labeling products, boxing items, and ensuring accurate identification before they are dispatched for shipping. We're seeking a candidate who is self-motivated,
well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to thrive in our dynamic work environment.
Job Duties
Efficiently pack-out finished products within specified timelines
Conduct thorough inspections for any physical defects in finished goods
Assist in updating and closing work orders accurately
Support in conducting routine cycle counts and updating inventory records with precision
Package customer orders as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Align individual and team performance with designated Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
Fulfill additional duties as assigned
What's a typical day as an Inventory Worker? You'll be:
Picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer instructions.
Processing orders online using UPS or FedEx software.
Verifying inventory counts and contributing to physical inventory activities.
Assisting with the preparation of international orders and coordinating inventory transfers.
Following all safety rules and regulations and adhering to company policies and procedures.
