Client Invoicing Specialist


Job Details

  • Assist with the monthly and quarterly billing process, ensuring that invoices are calculated accurately and timely
  • Coordinate with other departments to respond to billing inquiries and ad-hoc requests from internal and external clients
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly fee rebates and consultant revenue for the client service team
  • Update and maintain various databases containing revenue, asset, and fee information
  • Document and maintain all procedures within the invoicing area
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Assist with the annual audit work related to client invoicing
  • Calculate commission amounts for internal sales team for monthly accrual and quarterly payment
  • Research client history and provide historical data when needed
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of invoicing experience from an investment advisory or financial services firm
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in managing large databases
  • Ability to understand, compute, and analyze complex invoice calculations
  • Experience with foreign currency translation
  • Working knowledge of industry terminology (i.e. high water marks)
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
