Job Description
Pay Range: $22.50-$26.40 per hour
- Promptly at the start of the shift review the email for pending AP issues, quotes, issue purchase orders on approved requisitions.
- Generate maintenance daily spend report.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting inventory stock material.
- Create new SAP numbers on new MRO items.
- Perform periodic cycle counts of the inventory, expedite orders when required and set up and add items to computer system.
- Assist in determining correct inventory levels, purchase stock inventory and special orders and perform general accounting for purchases.
- Run computerized Preventative Maintenance schedules and computerized maintenance documents.
- Closeout weekly PM reports in SAP
- Attend training as required, including Quality Control, Human Resources, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - High School graduate or equivalent/some college preferable
- 2-4 years experience in maintenance warehousing and inventory control
- SAP experience helpful
- Prior Purchasing experience helpful
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English, as it relates to the job and safety regulations
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
