MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

ABOUT THE JOB- In Iola, we specialize in the production of hydraulic hoses, created in all sizes and dimensions
- Our process starts with raw materials - braided, heated, and shaped around a metal pole or rubber mandrel to meet specific orders. When finished, our hoses are marked with the Gates logo and shipped to customers around the world.
- A Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and troubleshooting for all plant maintenance functions (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, and welding). this position will include maintenance troubleshooting and repairing Powered Industrial Equipment.
- 12hrs Night Shift

Job Requirements
ABOUT YOU- Must be able to perform tasks in electronic field - PLC debugging and repair, understanding of ladder logic, Allen Bradley 1395 drive experience
- Must have previous maintenance experience minimum of 2 years and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Preferred certified PIV repair training
- Must have own tools to complete responsible tasks
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
