Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota forklift dealers, is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chesapeake, VA branch. SIE Operations Managers have the responsibility to supervise associates in the service department to ensure that the best possible service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair for customer and company equipment are provided. SIE has 10 branches covering from Northern VA to Southern GA.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications and Skills
Operations Managers need to be self-motivated and self-directed with a strong desire to succeed in directing and growing the business.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and possess a strong commitment to safety.
