You ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, NVR Mortgage branch personnel, and the Homebuilding divisions throughout the entire loan processManage multiple loan filesCollect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan filesEnsure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing departmentFollow up on submitted loans and/or pended loansCoordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as requiredRemain knowledgeable in all NVRM loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker optionsQualificationsExcellent customer service skillsStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-taskStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience processing loans, preferredWorking knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferredMinimal travel requiredLife at NVRAt NVR, your desire to excel is matched by our commitment to your success and we ll give you the tools and industry knowledge you need.
