Global law firm has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of experience. The position is associated with the Firm s office in Nashville, but candidates can be located anywhere in Tennessee. Experience in Insurance Coverage and/or Litigation experience desired.
This is a fully remote position. This position may present opportunities for travel. Tennessee Bar admission is required.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2-8 years of experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills required.
- Overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions and experience in court proceedings.
- The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm s existing client base.
