Administrative Assistant (Maintenance)


Job Details

Position Summary: Under general direction from the Director of Facilities, enhances the departments effectiveness by performing varying levels of administrative tasks and duties, including a responsibility to maintain the integrity of a comprehensive computerized maintenance and management system (CMMS). Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years administrative experience. Associates degree preferred in related field. Computerized maintenance and management system (CMMS) training and experience required. Experience in a facility department or technical environment required. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. No felony, theft, or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
