**Job Summary**
We are looking for dynamic Night Cleaners to join our dedicated team in San Rafael! The Night Cleaners/ Janitors are responsible for keeping the facilities clean. These are full time, non-union positions, Monday to Friday, 5pm to 1:30am. + Dust furniture, walls, and office equipment.
+ Gather and empty trash and recycling.
+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy.
+ Clean debris empty exterior trash cans.
+ Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
+ Perform all other janitorial duties according to property requirements.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.
**Requirements**
+ 1 - 2 years experience in janitorial / cleaning
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Pay rate: $16 hourly with benefits
