Business Development Representative


BDRs are responsible for implementing HHS s lead generation strategy to attract and convert our target B2B audiences. You will be a significant aid in HHS s sales pipeline, shaping outreach and engagement tactics to achieve our business goals. In this role, you ll generate and qualify leads while collaborating closely with the sales team and managing relationships with key prospects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic lead generation plan aligned with business objectives for each of HHS divisions.
  • Identify and research potential prospects using various tools and platforms.
  • Create and manage outbound campaigns, including emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads through consistent follow-up and engaging conversations to understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and track progress.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation
