Title: Software Developer
Location:Wooster, Ohio ( hybrid 2 days remote, 3 days on site after 6 months or so they can work hybrid )
Payrate: $105,000-$110,000
Duration: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
The developer will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a small team of developers
The Software Developer will work on maintaining and enhancing our proprietary ERP system
As part of the IT department, the person in this role will also assist with various IT related tasks including troubleshooting user issues, cybersecurity, and maintaining software systems and databases
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
Resolve issues with existing ERP software
Develop new software programs to enhance business operations
