As a Custodian, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming space for both employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and dedication to creating a comfortable environment will be highly valued here at VAL-CO. In addition to being a part of a supportive team, you will receive a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm.

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning. Additionally, the ability to work independently with moderate supervision is essential, along with the capability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately.
Candidates should also be comfortable standing for extended periods, as well as lifting objects weighing up to 20 lbs regularly. Strong physical dexterity, including frequent grasping, bending, and twisting, will be valuable in ensuring the thorough cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- General cleaning skills (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, sweeping, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lifting of up to 20 lbs. regularly.
