Job description

`The ideal candidate will provide accurate and thorough accounting. Will be responsible for various accounting functions including daily, monthly and quarterly accounting duties, accounts payable and receivable for multiple entity property management/development company. Candidate will work with the owners and property management personnel on special tasks as needed.


`Duties```

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions

- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections


- Maintain vendor and tenant files

- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy

- Perform general ledger accounting and maintain the chart of accounts

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes

- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

- Maintain a thorough understanding of financial concepts and stay up-to-date with accounting best practices

```Experience and Education


- Accounting Degree preferred ```

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficiency in QuickBooks

- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, budgeting, debits/credits, tax regulations, and financial concepts

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide financial reports to management

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
