Position Description:
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service (Answer customer service calls; return calls)
Enrollment Packets Preparation
Timely mailing and processing of applications
Other miscellaneous duties as requested
Requirements:
Excellent written and communication skills (bilingual in Spanish)
Five (5) plus years of experience in customer service, medical industry
