Plum Market Kitchen located inside the MacNamara terminal at the DTW Airport is looking for a Kitchen Utility Worker.
We Have 2 Openings, The Set Schedule Is:
- 3pm - 11pm: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off)
- 3pm - 11pm: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic culinary environment? Plum Market is seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Utility Workers. As a Utility Worker, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen, ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist with dishwashing, sanitizing, and storage of dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
- Support kitchen staff in various tasks.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold Plum Market's standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Receive orders and stock product.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
