Use hand tools and equipment to disassemble, replace faulty components, and reassemble fans to meet quality standards. Test reworked fans to ensure they are functioning properly and meet performance requirements. Maintain detailed records of rework activities, including the number of fans reworked and any encountered issues. Collaborate with production line supervisors and the quality control team to address recurring assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
