Customer Service Representative


Job Details

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

* Schedule delivery and pick up appointments.

* Accurately enter appointment information in TMS routing system.

* Communicate with customers regarding delivery and pick up schedules.

* Work closely with dispatchers to ensure the highest quality of customer service.

* Entering "cross-dock" orders.

* Construct driver package.

* Scan and attach appropriate Pro to paperwork.

* Work closely with warehouse CSR to ensure correct EDI transfers.

* Cover and back up-front desk receiving clerk.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Language skills - Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret spreadsheets and computer programs. Must have effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written.

* Ability to work independently and carry tasks to completion with limited supervision.

* Accurate and detail oriented

* Exceptional ability to work with others in a team environment.
