A Multi-Unit-Leader (MUL) generally provides leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 5-8 restaurants. A MUL supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure excellent restaurant operations, helps to maximize sales and profits of each restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.Responsibilities Include:Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managersEnsure all restaurants in their portfolio are meeting Brand operational standards and foodsafety standardsAnalyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, salesand profitabilityUnderstand local marketing area and competitor trendsEstablish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managersProvides great guest service and resolves issuesLead team meetingsDeliver training to restaurant managers on a variety of topics including marketing windowsand LTOs and Brand initiativesEnsure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketingwindowDevelop business plans for their portfolio and develop action plans with franchise owners.Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the teamEngages with Dunkin Brands Field Operations team as appropriateManagement Responsibilities Include:Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managersPlan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performanceManage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support their restaurantperformance & executionCoach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfactionEducation/Experience:Basic computer skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishBasic math and financial management3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitalityCollege degree preferredStrong analytical skills and business acumenWorks well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and embrace changeAbility to train and develop a teamMotivating othersPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingWearing a headset (if applicable)Working in a small spaceCompany IntroductionExceptional franchisees with combined 50+ years of Dunkin Donuts experience and a high degree of technical competence in all aspects of the business.
