Description
Come join our team! As a Forklift Driver, you will be helping to move products in and out of the warehouse. You must be a fast and dependable worker. This is a full-time position and you must be able to work weekends and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed. Shift starts at 6 am and we work until finish. Must be available on the weekends as needed. Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Move products in and out of the warehouse, loading them onto trucks using a Forklift or Double rider.
- Checking orders and making sure they are correct.
- Attention to detail and safety while handling machinery.
- Be proactive in correcting mistakes when discovered to ensure a good final product.
- Report any safety issues to the supervisor or a member of management in a timely manner to ensure high levels of accuracy and safety are maintained.
- Be proactive in reporting and correcting mistakes when discovered to ensure complete orders are being packed.
- Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS - At least 6 months experience driving a Forklift.
- Admin/Computer Skills a Plus
- Must have flexible schedule and be able to work weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is considered a plus.
- You must be a team player with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled.
- Adaptability to move to a different position as required.
