Thorough knowledge of electrical theory, electrical meters, and test equipment. Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints; working knowledge of bill of materials. Wiring skills for both high voltage (480 V) and low voltage (24 V). Ability to troubleshoot down to the board level. Demonstrated ability to meet safety, production, and quality requirements in the assigned area. Basic computer knowledge for labor tracking and navigating assembly drawings. Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, drills, grinders, knockout punches, etc. Strong oral and written communication skills; safety and detail-oriented.
