The Senior Manager, Cyber Security will manage security vendors, uplift internal policies to align with industry standards, uplift and maintain our incident response plans, and review and upskill our existing security landscape.
Your experience and background
- Lead and monitor the performance and security of our IT infrastructure, systems, and data, using tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon Complete and 3rd party Managed Service Providers for Network SOC.
- Write and update standards-based policies and procedures for IT security, following frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
- Develop and maintain formal incident response plans and procedures and coordinate the response to security incidents and breaches.
- Develop and implement the long-term vision and roadmap for improving our cyber security maturity and capabilities, including the implementation of enterprise-class solutions such as Azure Sentinel SEIM
- Enhancing Endpoint detection and response (EDR) through CrowdStrike Falcon Insight, that provide continuous monitoring and analysis of endpoint activity and behavior and can detect and respond to advanced threats and malicious activities.
- Continuous reevaluation of current technology landscape to monitor for optimizations, process changes, or gaps in current landscape, and work with the Architecture team to design and implement improvements as determined viable.
- Anticipate emerging technology trends and solutions that have the potential to provide strong business value and present and run pilot projects to validate architecture and value.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and ten years of progressive experience in IT preferred.
