Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring construction site safety, following project schedules, and ensuring quality. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Construction Superintendent Experience. Minimum 5 years.
- Construction Safety knowledge and experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in commercial and/or multi-family construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Certification in construction management or related field preferred
